Mac, while I understand what you’re trying to get at, not all college grads make good parents, and some of those without the degrees are the best parents.
And who will judge? the GOVERNMENT? God Help us all!

If you want to charge a fee to prove “parental commitment” where does the money go? To line politicians pockets? Or shouldn’t it go to a college fund for the child? If the Government is in charge, it won’t get to your kid, I’ll promise you that!

As for the White House, there needs to be some BLEACH in that gene pool!

We each need a drivers lisence to drive, but any imbecile can breed. Let’s first charge a fee large enough to establish parental commitment. Then let’s require at least two 4-year college degrees and completion in an accreditted course in parenting before conception. Let’s sterilize violators.
